Alex Pou, Founder & President

Alex Pou is currently an assistant football coach at his alma mater, Coral Gables Senior High School in Coral Gables, FL as well as the assistant commissioner at the Pop Warner Youth League in Coconut Grove, FL.

Alex earned a full athletic scholarship to attend University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL where he completed his undergraduate degree in 2006.  There, he lettered four years for the University of Miami Hurricanes Football team.  

Alex selected the University of Miami over University of Florida, Auburn University, University of Tennessee, Duke and Harvard University.

As a graduate of Coral Gables Senior High School, Alex Pou has been a strong supporter of academic and athletic pursuits for young people in the South Florida area for over 10 years, having volunteered his time working with younger student-athletes pursue their academic and athletic goals.

Alex previously worked as a litigation manager at The Campbell Law Group in Coral Gables, FL, which specialized in business and corporate law.  Prior to The Campbell Law Group, Alex served as a project manager for Odebrecht Construction and Development, assisting in overseeing the $1.2 billion dollar expansion of the North Terminal at the Miami International Airport. 

Chris Napoli, Director

As a student-athlete alumni of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Chris Napoli is a strong supporter of academic and athletic pursuits for young people in the South Florida area. Chris earned his his MBA at the University of Miami Graduate School of Business in 2007, following completion of his undergraduate  work at the University of Miami Business School in Coral Gables, Florida in 2005.  There, he lettered three times for the University of Miami Hurricanes Football team.  

Chris now serves as the Head of Global Trading for Eastbay Asset Management, LLC in New York, NY. Eastbay is a hedge fund, which manages over $1 billion in assets invested in the technology, media, consumer and disruptive tech sectors globally. Chris previously worked as a Global Trader for Diamondback Capital Management, a hedge that managed more than $8 billion in assets through all sectors globally.  

Before his time at Diamondback,  Chris’ background includes Global Trading and Syndicate for Treasury Alternative, Government Agency, and Credit products at Incapital, LLC in Chicago after beginning his career at Merrill Lynch in New York City.

Gabriel Pou, Director

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Gabriel Pou is currently in his first year at the West Virginia University School of Medicine Doctorate of Physical Therapy program 

Gabriel previously attended the University of Charleston on a full athletic scholarship where he lettered for four years while maintaining a 3.5 GPA as a Bio/Pre-Med student and being on the Dean’s and Provost List for Academic Success for 5 semesters.  

As a student-athlete at the University of Charleston, Gabriel was heavily involved in volunteering with the Dynamic Physical Therapy and Genesis Rehabilitation Facility as well as with the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association.

As a graduate of Coral Gables Senior High, Gabriel was a 3-year captain on the varsity football team, a participant in the International Baccalaureate Program and recognized as the Academic Player of the Year for the 2011 Coral Gables Varsity football team while maintaining a 4.9 GPA.
